
ABOUT ME
I’m an operator by background, not a career consultant. Over the past decade, I’ve served as an executive and go-to-market leader across B2B SaaS, professional services, and industrial construction, including stepping into high-pressure turnaround environments that drove millions in new bookings. I’ve also been the founder or first RevOps hire at multiple companies, building revenue operations and go-to-market functions from the ground up.
Much of my work happens during moments of change — stalled growth, leadership transitions, broken forecasting, or revenue functions overly dependent on one person. In those situations, I bring structure, calm, and judgment to help leadership teams understand what’s actually happening and what to do next.
